GAP인증 쌀에 대한 사전적 수요함수와 시장 균형가격 및 수요량 추정

Abstract

In order to derive policy implications, this paper estimates ex-ante demand of the GAP-certified rice and simulates equilibrium prices as well as quantities based on the estimated demand and various scenarios regarding the cost in producing GAP rice. While this paper adopts the methodology proposed in the previous studies in estimating the ex-ante demand of GAP rice, it contributes to the literature in that its empirical results is ground on the estimations using the results of the survey that is conducted by this paper in a theoretically more improved way. The analytical results indicate that the most effective policy for expanding the market of GAP rice is reducing the cost of production.
