| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 글로벌 금융위기 전․후, 가계의 금융부채 및 소비 행태 및 영향요인의 변화를 소득계층별로 비교 분석하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 금융위기 전․후 가계의 금융부채의 변화가 고소득층의 경우 주로 자산구성을 위한 전략적 선택에 의한 것이라면, 저소득층의 경우 의료․교육 등의 소비지출과 전․월세 보증금 변화에 따른 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 금융위기 이후 소득과 자산의 소비에 미치는 영향력이 증가하였으며, 특히 이러한 현상은 저소득층에서 두드러졌다. 이러한 결과가 정부 정책에 주는 시사점은 저소득층의 주거․의료․교육 등에 대한 부담을 줄임으로써 소비 능력을 높일 필요가 있음을 보여준 것이다. | - |
