| dc.description.abstract | 최근 중국 내 지적재산권이 중요해짐에 따라 중국의 지적재산권 보호제도및 법⋅제도적 문제점 등과 같은 관점에서의 연구가 진행되었다. 하지만, 최근중국 중앙 정부가 법⋅제도적 정비에 박차를 가하고 있는 시점에서 중앙 정부관점에서 지적재산권에 관한 입장, 노력, 성과. 한계점 등에 관한 연구는 매우미흡한 실정이다. 그럼으로 본 연구는 중국 중앙정부가 바라보는 지적재산권침해의 사회적 편익과 비용에 관한 이론적 배경을 살펴보았다. 또한 중국 중앙정부의 지적재산권 보호 강화의 촉진 동인이 무엇인지에 대한 내용을 다루었다. 이와 더불어 지적재산권 보호를 위해 중국 중앙정부는 어떠한 노력을 하고있는가에 대해 법⋅제도적⋅정책적 관점에서 논의하였다. 마지막으로 중앙정부의 지적재산권 보호 성과 및 한계점에 대해 논의하였다. | - |
