| dc.description.abstract | 휴대전화 소액결제 시스템은 자동결제 처리 시 이용자의 점유인증을 관리하지 않는다. 콘텐츠제공사업자가 이점을악용하면 허위 결제정보를 생성하여 이용자에게 부당한 요금을 부과할 수 있다. 이와 같은 휴대전화 소액결제 시스템의 구조적 취약점은 소액결제 이용자의 피해로 이어졌다. 이를 해결하기 위해 2012. 8. 이후 이용자의 결제 인증 강화를 위한 표준결제창이 적용되었다. 그러나 표준결제창도 부당한 이용자 피해가 발생할 수 있는 취약점이 존재하는바 이용자 보호를 위한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. | - |
