| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 청소년 운동선수의 열정과 탈진의 인과적 관계에서 정서와 운동 정체성의 매개효과와 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 체육중고교 운동선수 607명(남자=389명, 여자=218명)이었다. 자료는 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모델링, 다집단 분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석되었다. 구조방정식모델링의 결과, 운동선수들의 정서와 정체성이 열정과 탈진 증상의 관계를 매개하며, 탈진의 분산 중 30%가 선행변수들에 의해 설명되었다. 다집단 분석의 결과, 남녀 선수 간 경로계수에 유의한 차이가 없지만, 중고교 선수와 운동경력 집단 사이에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 운동선수의 정서적/신체적 소진과 평가절하에서 각각 유의한 3원 상호작용(조화열정×강박열정×운동 정체성, 강박열정×긍정적 정서×운동 정체성)과 2원 상호작용(조화열정×부정적 정서, 강박열정×부정적 정서) 효과가 보였다. 본 결과는 긍정적 정서경험과 정체성이 운동선수의 탈진을 감소시키는 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. | - |
