| dc.description.abstract | We report the case of a 39-year-old male patient who experienced central serous chorioretinopathy after surgical repair of a blowout fracture. This patient developed bilateral central serous chorioretinopathy 1 week after surgical reconstruction of left medial and inferior orbital bone fractures. Fundus examination including fluorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography was performed. Central serous chorioretinopathy was more severe in the operated eye. Fortunately, the macular edema subsided, and the patient's vision normalized after 2 months without treatment. | - |
