- Abstract
- 본 논문은 국민연금의 재정 추계에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 여러 요인 중, 출생률 및 사망률과 같은 인구동태적 요소, 노령연금제도 및 보험료율 등의 제도적 변화, 그리고 임금상승률, 물가상승률, 기금수익률 등 경제상황 변화시 국민연금의 지속가능성에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 있다. 이러한 인구동태적, 제도 및 경제변수의 변화에 따른 국민연금 가입자 및 수급자, 그리고 적립금에 대한 민감도 분석은 국민연금의 지속가능성을 위한 해법을 찾는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 민감도 분석 결과, 2013년부터 매 5년마다 연금개시연령을 1년씩 연장하는 최근의 연금개정법 일정에 따라 조기연금제도를 단계적으로 폐지하는 시나리오, 65세까지 단계적으로 정년을 연장하는 시나리오, 보험요율을 점진적으로 인상하는 시나리오 등이 국민연금 재정안정화에 도움이 될 것으로 판단되었다.
