| dc.description.abstract | 세계에서 전례가 없는 급속한 고령화가 진행되는 한국의 상황에서 국민연금의 지속가능성은 노년의 삶의 질을 결정하는 핵심적인 전제조건이다. 국민연금 지속가능성을 위한 점검으로 국민연금 재정추계가 이루어지고 있으나, 사회안전망 장치로서 이에 대한 신뢰성 검증 역시 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 국민연금추계의 근본인 추계인구에 대해 논의하고, 기존 가입자 및 수급자추계의 신뢰성을 점검하는 한편 현실적인 가정을 바탕으로 새로운 추계방법을 제안하고 있다. 2007～2010년 가입자 및 수급자 실측치와 추계치, 그리고 적립금 감소 및 고갈시점을 비교한 결과, 새로운 추계방법이 기존 국민연금추계의 문제점을 개선 및 해결하는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
