| dc.description.abstract | 우리경제에서 ICT 산업은 GDP 비중이 8%에 달하는 주요 산업이다. 특히 ICT 산업의 R&D는 2010년 기준 전체 R&D 투자 32조 8천억원의 53%인 17조 3천억원을 차지하고 있다. 지속가능한 성장을 위해 R&D의 역할은 매우 중요하다. ICT는 지식경제의 진전에 따라 경제 전반의 인프라적 특성을 강화하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 ICT 산업의 R&D 투자는 ICT 산업뿐만 아니라 타 산업에까지 파급효과를 미칠 수 있다. 이 경우 ICT 산업의 R&D 투자는 지속적인 경제성장을 담보하기 위해 의미가 크다. 본 논문에서는 2000-2009년까지 10년간 시계열 자료와 25개 산업의 횡단면 자료를 결합한 패널 데이터를 구축했다. 그리고 성장회계 접근법과 생산함수 추정 방법론을 통해 ICT 산업 R&D 자본의 성장 기여를 추정했다. 추정 결과 산업별 R&D 투자는 각 산업의 부가가치를 투입물로서 증가시키고, ICT 산업의 R&D 투자는 총요소생산성 향상을 통해서 부가가치를 향상시키는 파급효과도 존재한다는 결과를 도출했다. | - |
