- Abstract
- 목적: 안와 상벽 골절과 광대뼈 골절의 임상 양상과 치료 및 동반된 안과적 진단에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 2009년 6월부터 2010년 6월까지 본원에 내원하여 안와 상벽 골절과 광대뼈 골절을 진단받은 환자 119명의 의무기록을후향적으로 조사하여 연령, 성별, 수상 원인, 골절의 양상과 신경학적 손상 및 동반 안면 골절 등의 성형외과적, 신경외과적, 그리고동반된 안과적 진단과 치료에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 결과: 안와 상벽 골절 61명 환자의 평균 연령은 33.0세로 원인은 교통사고가 가장 많았고(36.1%), 동반된 안과적 진단은 홍채모양체염(7안), 안구파열(2안) 순이었다. 광대뼈 골절 58명 환자의 평균 연령은 36.6세로 원인은 교통사고가 가장 많았고(32.8%), 이 중 51명이수술적 치료를 받았다(87.9%). 동반된 안과적 진단은 홍채모양체염(6안), 망막 진탕(4안) 순이었다. 결론: 안과 의사에게 익숙하지 않은 안와 상벽 골절과 광대뼈 골절의 임상양상 및 치료 지침을 알아봄으로써 이에 동반된 안과적 진단및 치료에 도움이 될 것으로 생각한다.
