- Abstract
- 항문회음부 결핵은 드문 폐외결핵의 형태로 때때로 농양을 형성할 수도 있다. 저자들은 회음부에서 촉지되는 종괴로 시행한 자기공명영상에서 T1강조 자기공명영상에서 저신호 강도, T2강조 자기공명영상에서 고신호 강도 그리고 확산강조영상에서 확산 제한을 보인 항문회음부 결핵성 농양 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다.
