dc.description.abstract | A two-bit reflection-type phase shifter (RTPS) is fabricated using 0.13 mu m CMOS process for 60 GHz operation. The reflective loads in the RTPS are designed to achieve minimal loss with use of shunt switches and body-floating resistors. The measurement shows an average insertion loss of 6.4 dB for four phase states with the worst case loss of 7.7 dB at 60 GHz. | - |
