| dc.description.abstract | 최근 기업에서 HRD 솔루션으로서 코칭에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 실제 기업현장에서 이 프로그램에 대한 활용이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 코칭은 HRD 분야에서 활용되는 하나의 프로그램을 넘어 관리자가 갖추어야 할 리더십의 형태로까지 확대되어 논의되고 있다. 본 연구는 관리자 코칭이 크게 ‘학습기회를 통한 역량향상지원’기능과 ‘문제해결 지원’기능으로 구성될 수 있다는 이론적 분석을 기반으로 관리자 코칭행동을 구성하였고, 그러한 관리자의 코칭행동이 구성원의 직무성과에 기여할 수 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과는 관리자의 코칭행동은 문제해결지원과 학습을 통한 역량개발지원 등의 두 가지 요소로 구성됨을 확인하였다. 반면 관리자의 코칭행동은 부하직원의 업무성과에 통계적으로 직접적인 영향이 없었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 이론적․실천적 함의를 제안하였다. | - |
