| dc.description.abstract | 1990년대부터 임상연구 논문의 질을 평가하기 위한 도구들이 제안되기 시작하였다. 무작위대조시험에 대한 평가 도구인 CONSORT, 관찰연구의 평가 도구인 STROBE, 비무작위 설계 연구에 대한 평가 도구인 TREND, 메타분석 보고의 질을 평가하기 위한 QUOROM, 관찰연구의 메타분석에 대한 질 평가를 위한 MOOSE 등이 있다. 이들 평가도구들이 개발되어 사용된 이후 임상연구 논문의 질이 좋아지고 있다는 보고가 이어지고 있으며, 이는 추후 임상의학 발전에 보다 긍정적으로 이바지할 것이다. | - |
