dc.description.abstract | 本稿は様々な複合動詞「-出す」を学習者がどれほど理解しているかを実際調べたものである。姫野(1999)によると「-出す」は基本義である「移動」から抽象化され、ものの「顕在化」を表し、さらに、アスペクトとして「開始」を意味する。一方、Shirai(1995)などは、多義語において基本的で具体的な意味であるプロトタイプは習得に有利で、非プロトタイプは習得しにくいと述べる。今回の調査結果、プロトタイプである「移動」は上下レベル共に高く受容される傾向があった。「移動」は具体的で基本的な意味であるので、習得されやすく、母語訳を参考にできる表現が多いからである。また、下位群は「移動」「顕在化」「開始」と抽象化されるにつれ、受容度が低くなっていった。上位になると「開始」の受容度は高くなるが、「顕在化」にはほとんど変化が見られなかった。これは、「開始」は抽象的な意味ではあるが規則を習得すればある程度理解できる用法であるのに対し、「顕在化」は「∼出す」の意味が抽象化された上、V1+V2としては解釈しにくい項目が多く存在することが原因であると考えられる。このように上位になってもあまり発達しない意味に関しては何らかの支援が求められる。 | - |
