| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 미래사회의 메가트렌드와 대학원 분야의 변화 동향을 예측하고, 미래의 대학원 체제에 대한 각계의 요구를 분석하여, 미래 대학원 체제의 비전과 목표 그리고 발전을 위한 정책적 추진방안과 과제를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 미래의 대학원 체제에 대한 요구분석은 체제의 구성요소(정책/제도, 행정/운영, 교육체제, 인프라)와 요구집단(연구기관, 교수, 정부, 민간) 별 매트릭스에 의해 실행되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 미래 대학원 체제의 비전과 목표 그리고 전략이 도출되었다. 최종적으로 비전과 목표를 실현하기 위한 방안으로 대학원 유형과 기능 명료화를 위한 대학원 분류체계의 개선, 학위수준 제고를 위한 대학원 교육의 질 관리 체제 구축, 자치거버넌스에 부합하는 대학원 제도운영 개선, 맞춤형 고급인력양성을 위한 대학원 학위체제 개편 등 4가지 방안이 제시되었다. | - |
