dc.description.abstractSelective metal insulator metal optical nanoantennas are fabricated with Au deposition on top of an anodic aluminum oxide layer (see figure). The complicated nanoantennas are easily analyzed by using an equivalent-circuit system and characterized by surface-enhanced Raman scattering.-
