| dc.description.abstract | 단일 제품군에 다양한 제품이 존재하는 하이테크 제품의 공급사슬전략의 수립과정은 산업의 특징만을 고려한 일관된 전략수립과정 이나 기능성제품에 통상적으로 적용하는 공급전략 수립과정 보다 훨씬 복잡하다. 따라서 하이테크 제품에 맞는 가장 효과적인 공급사슬전략 수립을 위해서는 기존 생산전략과 물류전략 수립에 고려되었던 의사결정 요인들을 포함한 의사결정요인들이 신중히 연구되어 야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 최대규모의 콘덴서 업체인 ‘E'업체의 실증 사례분석을 통하여, 기존의 공급사슬전략 수립방법을 하이테크 제품에 적용할 경우의 문제점을 살펴보고, 하이테크 제품의 공급 사슬 전략수립에 필요한 방법과 의사결정 요인들을 연구하였다. 그 결과, 하이테크 제품의 공급사슬전략 수립에는 통상적으로 사용되는 수요의 변동성과 규모의 경제 이외에 판매의 연속성, 제품수명주기 및 판매량의 크기가 결정요인으로 추가 선정되었다. 결론적으로 의사결정요인들과 생산전략, 재고배치 전략을 신중히 고려하여, 제품을 분류선정기준을 제시하고, 하이테크 제품에 맞은 공급사슬전략을 제안한다. | - |
