- Abstract
- 저자들은 복시와 두통을 호소하고 편측 눈의 바깥쪽 회전이 완전히 제한된 소아에서 편측 외전신경마비 이외의 신경학적 검사상 정상 소견을 보이고, 정상 뇌 MRI 소견 및 정상 뇌압, 그리고 미생물학 검사에서 정상으로 특발성 외전신경마비로 진단하였고, 특별한 치료 없이 10일 내에 회복된 양성 경과를 보인 증례를 경험하여 보고하는 바이다.
