- Abstract
- 이 연구의 목적은 2×2 성취목표 관점에서 무용과 대학생의 목표성향, 지각된 동기분위기, 내적동기 및 수행만족과의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 472명의 무용과 대학생(남학생 35명, 여학생 437명)이 성취목표와 지각된 동기분위기, 내적동기, 수행만족을 측정하는 검사지를 작성하였다. 군집 프로파일을 분류하고 이들이 지각된 동기분위기와 내적동기 및 수행만족에서 차이가 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 군집분석이 실시되었다. 그 결과 성취목표 프로파일에서 유의하게 차이를 보인 4개의 의미 있는 군집들이 확인되었다. 숙련접근-회피와 수행접근-회피목표에서 높은 점수를 보인 군집이 가장 긍정적인 결과와 관련된 반면에, 낮은 성취목표들로 이루어진 군집은 모두 부정적인 결과와 관련되어 있었다. 또한 비교적 긍정적인 동기분위기와 내적동기 및 수행만족 수준을 보인 군집도 확인되었다. 결론적으로 이들 4개의 성취목표 프로파일에 대한 결과는 성취목표에 대한 통찰력을 제공하고 기존의 연구결과를 지지한다고 하겠다.
