- Abstract
- Pyoderma gangrenosum is a dermatologic manifestation of systemic disease such as inflammatory bowel disease, monoclonal gammopathy, arthritis, malignancies, and Behcet's disease. Pyoderma gangrenosum can be stabilized with oral cyclosporine administration. After stabilization, it can be managed with debridement and skin graft.
