A multi-band monopole antenna with wideband characteristic is proposed for DVB-H/DCS1800/PCS1900/IMT2000/Wibro/WLAN/S-DMB applications. By using a meander structure and tapered feeding line, wideband characteristic can be achieved. The proposed antenna has an omnidirectional radiation pattern and yields greater than -4 dBi of antenna gain at the DVB-H band and 3 dBi for high-band, respectively.-
