| dc.description.abstract | 목적: 누낭염을 동반한 눈물길 막힘 환자 및 수술 후 발생한 섬프 증후군(Sump Syndrome)의 치료로써 레이저 누낭소작술의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 2005년부터 2006년까지 2년간 고려대학교 구로병원에 내원한 급성 및 만성 누낭염 환자 13명 13안에서는 레이저 누낭소작술을 이용한 코경유 눈물주머니코안연결술을 시행하였고 눈물주머니코안연결술 후 섬프 증후군이 생긴 환자 9명 9안에 대해서는 레이저를 이용한 누낭소작술을 시행하였다. 결과: 수술 후 첫날 모든 환자에서 동통 및 부종이 호전되었으며 한달 이내에 섬프 증후군이 모두 소실되었다. 수술 후 눈물흘림증은 모든 환자에서 호전되었다. 추적관찰 중 기능적 눈물흘림증 1안이 발생했으며 눈물흘림증을 호소하는 2안에서 막성폐쇄에 대한 재수술을 시행하여 눈물흘림증이 소실되었다. 추적관찰 중 누낭염의 재발은 없었다. 결론: 레이저 누낭소작술을 이용한 코경유 눈물주머니코안연결술은 재발이 없고 섬프 증후군 환자에서도 누낭절제술이나 골공 부위의 확장 없이 쉽게 치료가 가능한 방법으로 생각된다. | - |
