| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 창의적 인재양성을 위한 교육체제의 구축방안을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 창의적 인재양성을 위한 교육체제의 조건을 살피고 새로운 교육체제의 재설계 방향을 제시하였으며 새로운 교육체제의 정책적 실현을 위한 핵심방안을 논의하였다. 교육체제의 조건을 살피기 위해 현 교육체제를 ① 교육행정의 방향, ② 교육행정의 자원, ③ 교육행정의 과정, ④ 교육행정제도로 구분하여 진단하였고 새로운 교육체제의 필요조건으로 이념적, 구조적, 문화적 조건을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 창의적 인재양성을 위한 교육체제의 구축방안을 위해 첫째, 창의적 인재양성을 위한 국가인적자원개발 시스템의 재설계, 둘째, 창의성을 촉진하는 교육 프로그램의 혁신, 셋째, 지식기반의 구조와 창출을 보장하는 학제 재구조화, 넷째, 창의적 인재가 존중받는 문화풍토의 조성 등이 필요함을 역설하였다. | - |
