| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 무용과 대학생들의 성취목표성향과 자기결정성 동기가 인지-행동적 조절전략에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 검증하는 것이다. 725명의 무용과 대학생들을 대상으로 성취목표성향, 학습동기 및 인지-행동 자기조절전략 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 탐색적 요인분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석이 사용되었다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 수행-숙달접근과 숙달회피성향은 메타인지전략과 도움구하기의 행동전략에, 수행-숙달접근성향은 노력조절과 수업시간관리의 행동조절전략을 예측하는 변인이었다. 내적 동기는 도움구하기, 동일시 규제는 메타인지전략과 노력조절 및 수업시간관리의 행동전략, 무동기는 노력조절에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 외적 규제는 인지-행동 자기조절전략에 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 본 연구 결과에 기초하여 성취목표와 학습동기 및 인지-행동적 조절전략의 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다. | - |
