| dc.description.abstract | 1980년부터 우리나라에 소개된 도시설계기법은 그동안 도시의 여러 부분을 제어하는 데 많은 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 독일의 조형계획을 활용하여 단독주택지의 보다 깊이 있는 제어가 가능함을 보여주는 것을 주요 목적으로 하였다. 독일의 지구단위계획의 체계와 운영기법을 살펴보고, 이 과정에서 단독주택지의 질적 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법의 하나로서 조형계획의 실체를 파악하고, 이를 우리나라 일산신도시에 적용하였다. | - |
