- 이 글은 2016년에 선고된 대법원 주요 판결 중 물권법 분야에 관하여 개관한 것이다. 토지 경계 분쟁, 토지소유권과 환경피해, 부동산신탁과 명의신탁, 집합건물, 점유와 시효취득, 저당부동산의 법정과실에 대한 압류, 유치권부존재확인의 소, 일괄양도담보, 집합채권의 양도예약, 동산채권담보법 등에 관한 다양한 판결들을 소개하면서, 필자의 의견을 포함하여 간략한 평석을 겸하고 있다.
