영유아 안전을 위한 아이돌보미의 안전행동 실천 관련 변인 연구

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 영유아의 안전을 위한 아이돌보미의 안전지식, 안전안식 및 안전행동 실천 정도를 파악하고, 안전행동 실천 관련 변인들의 영향력을 규명하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 경상북도에서 활동하고 있는 아이돌보미 316명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SAS 9.3을 이용하여 기술적 통계, Pearson 상관관계 및 단계적 회귀분석이 실행되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아이돌보미의 안전지식은 다소 낮았고, 안전인식도 부정적 안전인식에 대해 ‘가끔 그럴 수 있다고 생각한다’에 가까운 수준이었으며, 안전행동 실천 정도는 비교적 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 아이돌보미의 안전행동 실천은 안전지식과 정적상관관계가 있었고, 안전인식과는 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 셋째, 아이돌보미의 안전행동 실천에 미치는 영향력은 안전지식, 아이돌보미의 경력, 월평균 활동 시간의 순으로 크게 나타났다. 결론적으로 아이돌보미의 안전행동 실천을 증가시키기 위해서는 안전지식이 중심이 되면서, 더불어 경력이나 활동시간이 함께 고려된 여러 유형의 안전교육 프로그램이 개발되어 탄력적으로 운용될 필요성이 시사된다. | - |
