| dc.description.abstract | 영화관통합전산망은 국민의 세금을 재원으로 하는 공적자원으로구축되고 운영되고 있는 만큼, 구축 후 10여년이 되가는 현재의 시점에서 통합전산망이 구축 당시 내세웠던 소기의 목적을 얼마나 충실히달성하고 있는가에 관한 논의가 요구된다. 본 연구는 영화산업 가치사슬의 각 영역에서 현재 활발히 활동하고 있는 12명의 전문가들을상대로 심층면담을 실시해 통합전산망 구축 이후 현장에서 느끼는 활용도, 통합전산망의 효과에 대한 주관적 견해와 면담자 주변의 평가, 면담자가 생각하는 통합전산망을 둘러싼 중요한 쟁점사항들을 파악했다. 우선 영화인들은 여러 목적으로 통합전산망을 활용하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 영화산업의 다양한 주체들은 통합전산망을 통해 전체산업의 추이와 타사 작품 정보 파악하고, 수익정산을 위한 크로스체크 자료로 활용하고 있으며, 영화 흥행을 예측하는데 사용하며, 영화기획 및 투자 심사, 수입결정시 통합전산망이 제공하는 DB를 활용하며, 극장 프로그래밍, P&A 비용 증감 결정의 근거로 이용하고, 온라인시장의 콘텐츠 수급 및 편성 시 사용하며, 바이럴 마케팅의 소스로활용하고 있다. | - |
