dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of Linear load training program and Flat load training program on muscular strength, and power, and aerobic ability of forwards·backs rugby player who had underwent detraining period during 8 weeks. 30 players in university rugby team participated in the test. Two training programs were applied to same subjects. After applied Linear load training program of 13 weeks, season of 10 months, and detraining of 8 weeks were applied. Thereafter, Flat load training program was applied. Linear load training program showed higher increase rate than Flat load training program in muscular strength of backs. and, Linear load training program showed higher increase rate than Flat load training program in muscular power, and aerobic ability. In conclusion, the result of this study was different with pre study without detraining period. In the future, it is necessary for development of various training program. | - |
