dc.description.abstractMotivated by the comment on our paper (2021 Eur. J. Phys. 42 045205) made by Ferreira D R, we carry out a comprehensive numerical comparison of the three known analytic expressions for the electrostatic potential of a uniformly charged triangle sheet. We report that the three expressions are equivalent to one another.-
