- Abstract
- 이 연구는 미래 육군의 리더들이 갖추어야 할 재능을 관리할 수 있는 이론적 근거 및 이를 기반으로 한 재능 평가 모델 및 지표들을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 재능관리를 위한 Rothwell(2011)의 Technical Talent Management(TTM) 접근과 Yukl(2012)의 리더십 모델을 적용하여 4*5 메트릭스 모델을 제안하였다. 이 모델은 육군 장교로서 리더 행동의 기저인 지식, 기술, 태도, 그리고 경험과 함께 리더 행동의 발휘 영역인 과업지향, 관계지향, 그리고 변화지향을 결합하였다. 이 모델을 통해 내용전문가 대상 FGI와 관계자 회의를 통해 기타를 추가하여 4*5 메트릭스 모델을 최종 제안하고 이 모델에 포함될 수 있는 재능 평가 지표로 총 42개 항목을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 함의점들을 제안하였다.
