| dc.description.abstract | 본고는 민간 심리상담 관련 발의된 신창현 의원의 법안과 그에 대한 입법부(국회 입법조사관)와 행정부(보건복지부)의 의견을 검토, 분석한 후, (사)한국심리학회와 (사)한국상담학회에서 제안한 모법 형태의 심리상담 관련 제정법을 상호 비교하였다. 심리상담 관련 제정법을 제안함과 동시에 그 대안으로 국가직무능력표준(NCS)를 적용하여 기존 심리상담 관련 법령의 시행령 및 시행규칙을 개정하는 구체적인 방안 역시 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 심리상담 분야의 법제화 방안이 현실화되기 위해서 필요한 노력과 전략으로 심리상담 법안 관련 담론 형성, NCS 기반 인증프로그램 구축 등에 대해 논의하였다. | - |
