- Abstract
- 본 연구는 경제상황에 따라 글로벌 자동차 부품과 완성차 산업의 운전자본관리가 수익성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 변수에는 운전자본관리의 주요 평가지표인 현금전환주기와 그 요소(재고보유일수, 매출채권회수일수, 매입채무변제일수), 수익성 지표인 총자산순수익률, 경제상황을 반영하는 지표인 GDP(조절변수)를 사용하였다. 패널데이터 분석에는 Data Stream의 데이터베이스에 있는 947개의 글로벌 자동차 기업의 2000~2019년(20년간 80분기) 재무데이터를 이용하였다. 선행연구들에서 미흡했던 자동차 세부 산업과 경제상황에 따른 효과를 분석한 결과, 유의한 차이를 나타내는 핵심지표를 발견하였고, 자동차 부품과 완성차 기업의 운전자본관리 전략에 관한 통찰력을 제시하였다.
