| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 주된 목적은 한국이 해외직접투자를 통해 진출한 투자대상국의 TBT통지가 기업내수출에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 WTO TBT IMS를 이용하여 TBT통지건수 자료를 구축하고, 기업의 해외직접투자목적에 따른 수출 영향을 살펴보기 위해 시장확보 목적과 비용절감목적의 투자로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 투자대상국의 TBT통지는 한국기업의 기업내수출에 단기적으로 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 비용절감목적의 해외직접투자에서도 동일한 영향을 확인하였다. 이러한 영향은 2차년도 부터는 사라지거나 긍정적인 영향으로 전환되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 투자대상국에 이미 진출한 기업이 TBT통지에 대응하기 위해 추가적인 비용을 부담하고 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 기업이 기술규제에 효율적으로 대응할 수 있도록 비용측면의 부담을 줄여줄 수 있는 정책방향의 모색이 필요하다. | - |
