| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라의 민간에서 제공하는 심리상담 서비스에 관한 부가가치세법은 계속해서 변화됐다. 본고에서는 현재 민간 심리상담 서비스와 관련하여 부가가치세법 및 동법 시행령과 시행규칙에서 규정한 면세사업자 조항을 살펴보았다. 나아가 현 부가가치세법 시행규칙에서 결혼상담을 제외하게 된 배경과 함께 기존의 심리상담 서비스에 대한 부가가치세에 대한 조세 및 법적 다툼에 대해 알아본 후, 심리상담 용역에 대한 국세청의 해석과 그에 따른 논쟁점을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 이러한 논쟁점을 해소하기 위해서는 어떠한 노력이 필요한지에 대해 심리상담에 대한 법률적 정의와 적정수가(상담비) 등에 대해 논의하였다. | - |
