- Abstract
- 익선동은 최근 다양한 상업한옥들이 관광명소로서 자리잡고 있는 지역이다. 하지만, 경제논리에 의해 리모델링된 이 한옥마을의 상업한옥들은 한옥의 보전과 관리의 측면에 있어서 체계적으로 진행되었다고 보기 어려운 면이 있으며, 이를 위해 2018년에서야 지구단위계획구역으로 지정이 되었다. 이 지역 한옥 관리의 큰 이슈 중 하나가 바로 한옥의 마당을 덮는 상부구조물에 대한 내용이다. 본 연구의 목적은 익선동 상업한옥의 마당 상부구조물 현황을 분석하여 현실적 문제점을 고찰함으로써 향후 지구단위계획상 고려되어야 할 내용을 도출하는 것에 있다.
