dc.description.abstractWe report a novel methodology to prepare hierarchical structured Au-Co(3)O(4) materials composed of Co(3)O(4) nanowires decorated with Au peripheral inclusions. The electrochemical activity of these materials was also demonstrated by fabrication into negative electrodes for rechargeable Li-batteries.-
