| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 공공부문 인적자원개발 우수기관 인증제의 주요 문제점 분석을 통해 향후 인증제 발전 방향을 심층 고찰하여 코로나19 대응을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 인증제의 주요 문제점을 선행연구가 제안한 통합적 개선체계를 활용하여 분석하되, 특히 인증제에 대한 외부 평가 결과를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 토대로 첫 번째로 인증심사 영역과 관련된 개선 방안 및 두 번째로 사후관리 영역과 관련된 개선 방안을 중점적으로 상세히 검토하였다. 이러한 논의를 기반으로, 세 번째로 코로나19 대응을 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 포스트 팬데믹 시대를 위한 시사점으로서 공공부문 인적자원개발 우수기관 인증제의 지속가능한 발전 방향을 모색하고, 후속 연구의 방향을 함께 제안하였다. | - |
