| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 한국의 청년세대가 공정성 원리인 능력주의를 수용하도록 결정할 수 있는 의식적 측면을 탐색하고, 해당 요인들의 영향을 남녀별로 비교하였다. 청년세대의 의식적 측면으로부터 젠더에 대한 의식과 정치이념이 능력주의에 가지는 영향을 분석하였다. 첫째로, 젠더에 대한 의식으로서 성 평등 의식과 성역할 구분의식은 청년세대의 능력주의로 이어지게 하는 주요 배경요인이 되었다. 성역할 구분의식이 강한 조건일 때 성 평등 의식이 능력주의로 이어지는 효과는 약화되었다. 남녀별 결과로 보았을 때, 성 평등 의식은 남성과 여성 모두의 능력주의에 대한 중시를 높였으나, 성역할 구분의식은 남성의 경우에만 능력주의 중시를 높였다. 남성이 아닌 여성의 경우에만 성 평등 의식이 강할수록 능력주의를 중시하는 영향관계가 성역할 구분의식이라는 조건에 영향을 받지 않고 유지되었다. 둘째로, 정치이념은 청년세대가 능력주의를 중시하는 것에 영향을 주지 못하였다. 그러나 이를 남녀별 결과로 보았을 때, 남성은 보수적일수록 그리고 여성은 진보적일수록 능력주의를 중시하였다. | - |
