- Abstract
- 본 연구는 중·고령층 장애인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 개인 수준의 요인(스트레스, 인터넷 사용)과 지역 수준요인(문화기반시설 수)을 분석하고 두 수준 간의 상호작용 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2020년 장애인실태조사 자료와 통계청의 e-지방지표 자료를 결합하여 다층분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상은 2020년 장애인 실태조사에 참여한 50세 이상 중·고령층 장애인 총 5,393명으로 남성이 3,077명(57.1%), 여성이 2,316명(42.9%)이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중·고령층 장애인의 인터넷 사용이 높을수록 삶의 만족이 높아지고, 스트레스가 높을수록 삶의 만족이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중·고령층 장애인의 거주지역에 문화기반 시설 수가 많으면, 삶의 만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중·고령층 장애인의 거주지역에 문화기반 시설 수가 많아질수록, 중·고령층 장애인의 스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 완화 시켰다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통하여 중·고령층 장애인의 삶의 만족을 높이기 위해서는 중·고령층 장애인들의 개인적 특성뿐만 아니라 지역사회 차원의 다차원적인 접근이 필요함을 제시하고 있다.
