예방적 차원의 구강검진이 구강 건강에 미치는 영향 조사: 제7기(2016-2018) 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 구강검진 수검 여부에 따른 구강 건강의 차이를 조사하기 위하여 제7기 국민건강영양조사(2016∼2018년) 자료를 토대로 구강 건강에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 만 19세 이상 12,426명을 대상으로 세 개의 연령군으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 대표적 구강질환인 치아우식증과 치주질환을 중심으로 구강검진 여부에 따른 각 질환의 유병과 질환의 상대적 진행 정도(예상 진료비로 추정)에 미치는 영향요인을 Two-Part Model을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 모든 연령군에서 구강검진을 받지 않은 사람의 치아우식 유병률 또는 예상되는 진료비가 더 높게 나타났다. 치주질환은 40∼64세 군에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며 구강검진을 받지 않은 사람은 위험도가 1.23배, 의료비는 17.4% 높게 나타났다. 그 외에도 구강 건강은 가구소득, 교육수준, 건강 행동 요인 등에 영향을 받고 있었으며, 노인에서는 구강위생 관리가 중요하게 나타났다. 구강질환의 예방 및 조기 발견을 위하여 지속적인 관리와 구강검진 수검을 높일 방법을 모색할 필요가 있으며, 특히 고령자의 적극적 예방 관리를 위한 정책이 필요함을 시사한다. | - |
