| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 복잡계 이론의 사회과학적 함의와 교육행정학적 함의를 바탕으로 복잡계 이론이 교육행정학에 주는 의미를 고찰하고, 적용가능성을 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 복잡계 이론의 교육행정학 적용가능성을 실제, 연구, 이론 차원으로 나누어 논구하였다. 먼저 교육행정학 실제 차원에서의 복잡계 이론의 적용은 복잡한 교육행정 실제에 대한 설명력 증진, 교육행정 주체 간 협력적 상호작용에 대한 이해 제고, 그리고 교육행정 실제에 나타나는 리더의 인식 전환을 제시하였다. 연구 차원에서의 적용은 교육행정 현상과 실제를 바라보는 인식론적 전환, 방법론적 확대, 그리고 과학적 탐구 과정의 변화를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 이론 차원에서의 적용은 교육행정학의 학문적 정체성 확립, 교육행정학 이론의 기능 강화, 그리고 교육행정학 이론의 현장 적용가능성 제고 및 이론과 실제 간 정합성 확보를 제시하였다. | - |
