| dc.description.abstract | 창업팀은 조직의 성장과 발전에 지속적인 영향을 준다. 창업에 관한 사회적, 정책적 관심이 증가하고 있지만 창업팀에 대한 학술적 연구와 이해는 여전히 부족한 편이다. 이 연구는 210개 사회적기업에 관한 자료를 이용하여 창업팀 구성의 특징과 팀구성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 사회적기업의 핵심적 창업멤버는 대표자와 친밀한 사회적 관계에 의존하여 구성되었다. 또한 동일한 성별로 창업팀을 구성하는 것이 남성과 여성을 함께 포함하는 것보다 훨씬 많은 편이다. 창업멤버 구성은 사회적기업의 안정적 운영과 성과에 이중적인 영향을 준다. 강한 사회적 관계에 기초한 창업팀 구성은 조직의 안정에 기여하지만, 조직의 성과에는 부정적 영향을 미친다. 약한 사회적 관계를 포함한 창업팀은 핵심멤버의 이탈을 만들어내지만, 사회적기업의 경제적, 사회적 성과를 높이는데 기여를 한다. 이 연구는 창업팀 구성에 관한 이론적, 실용적 함의를 제시한다. | - |
