We studied the electrical conductivity associated with the domain wall motion in proton-irradiated ICH2PO4 below room temperature. The temperature dependence of the power-law exponent n in the frequency dependent electrical conductivity of anisotropic systems caused changes in the structural phase transition temperature T-c that are most likely of a second and weak first order in the transverse and longitudinal direction, respectively. This exponent reflects the electrical conduction, which is activated through the correlation with the domain wall motion in the low-temperature range.-
