dc.description.abstract | We synthesized three-armed conjugated small molecule, PTD bearing diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) moieties and investigated the fundamental properties such as physical, photophysical and electronic properties. Also, field-effect transistor (FET) based on the micro-patterned film was fabricated by using template-guided solution-shearing (TGSS) method and displayed higher hole mobility than the thin film transistor made of spin-coated film. | - |
