| dc.description.abstract | 기업 간 경쟁 패러다임이 공급사슬 간 경쟁으로 변화되어 감에 따라, 공급사슬의 통합과 사후 관리는 기업이 시장에서 경쟁우위를 점유하는데 중요한 요소가 되었다. 하지만 기존의 공급사슬통합에 관한 연구는 기업 간 통합의 차원, 선행 요인 및 효과에 중점을 둔 반면, 공급사슬통합 후의 효과적 관리에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 상황 이론과 대리인 이론을 바탕으로 공급사슬통합(전략적, 운영적 통합) 수준에 따른 모니터링 유형(결과, 행동(행위, 역량) 모니터링)의 효과(구매사 경영성과)를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 제조 기업 설문 데이터를 사용하여, 공급사슬통합 수준과 모니터링 유형의 적합성을 파악하고자 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 실증 분석 결과에 의거하여 공급사슬통합 후 모니터링에 관한 중요한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. | - |
