In this case report, we describe a 59-year-old man with stentotic lesion of mid LAD and connection of bilateral coronary artery to pulmonary artery with some communications between two fistulas identified on multidetector computed tomography. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
