러시아 민담에 등장하는 캐릭터 간의 구조적, 의미적 상호관계

초록

Various symbols in folktales leaves traces of peoples' cognition. This study focus on mythical characters and its interactions within the tale. This research is intended to first analyze structural and semantic of these interactions. Then the result of the analysis will be visualized. First, concept "the constant" of Propp's is used to understand the structural relationship between these mythical characters. Second, concept of the semem is then used to discuss the semantic relationship to distinguish between characters. Grammas' “carre semiotique” was applied to establish schematic methood (a six sided object) of the analytical result of the first and second concept. These construction tool is applied to analyze folktales. As a result, the tools applied for the study is sufficient to understand peoples' various cognition by observing interactions between mythical characters.
