고령사회에 대응한 고령자용 국민임대주택의 계획방향 설정에 관한 연구 - 고령자의 의식조사연구를 중심으로 -

초록

From 2018, it is predicted that our society will enter into the aged society. As a result of aged society, it is necessary to supply a lot of housing for elderly people in the near future. Though Korean government tries to improve the institutions and policies related to the elderly to cope with the future society, the elderly housing for housing stabilization and welfare is not provided sufficiently. National Rental Housing for Elderly(hereinafter N.R.H.E) can contribute to the reduction of residential expense of the elderly. The residents of over 60 years old occupy 11.79% among the residents of the National Rental Housing at the present. As million houses of National Rental Housing will be supplied in 2012, we should consider of the extension of the elderly housing provision. The purpose of this study is to carry out experimental research in responses on N.R.H.E. 164 elderly people above 60 years old living in Seoul conducted interview survey with questionnaire. Through this survey we will highlight the perception about N.R.H.E, and also the importance and planning direction.
